Our Shipping Policies.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 business hours.  Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.  We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer if they are to be dispatched to an address outside of North America.  We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or weather conditions.

Deliveries outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which you are solely responsible. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Highhorse.studio is not responsible for any delays caused by the destination customs clearance processes.   

Title of the goods shall pass to you at the time payment for the goods is received by us in full.  When your order has been shipped, we will send you a dispatch e-mail containing your tracking number as well as an estimate delivery time.

Shipping within Canada: 1 week

Shipping within North America: 1 - 2 weeks

Shipping Worldwide: 2 - 6 weeks

Returns.

If you have received a customized item no return will be accepted or it will be dealt with on a case by case basis. For general returns you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and insurance for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total owed.

Refunds.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
